I’ve never been a fan of calorie counting. Why? It’s annoying and who wants to micromanage meaningless numbers anyway. We all have better things to do. In my opinion calorie counting is to distract you from the real threat...the toxic ingredients! For example, you could eat a large organic banana with 121 cal, an organic avocado with 234 cal, an organic apple with 95 cal and an organic wild rice cake with 70 cal for a total of 515 cal; or you can eat a not so healthy, “labeled healthy, low calorie” frozen dinner with 190 calories and society will tell you to choose the frozen dinner!!! This is where we go way wrong!!! The food in these 190 calories non-healthy frozen meals are not life-sustaining; they’re actually what I like to call disease-causing, silent life killers. Your body tries to stash it away resulting in stagnant piles of unneeded waste because it can’t use it and doesn’t know what to do with it; unlike the organic calories that will bring your body life and vitality! Your body knows how to breakdown these foods and will quickly use those beautiful calories to build, repair, nourish, heal, and sustain. Okay, let’s do an ingredient comparison...
Organic Foods with real ingredients:
Organic Banana = Organic Banana
Organic Avocado = Organic Avocado
Organic Wild Rice Cake = Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice,
Organic Wild Rice, Sea Salt.
Low calorie, labeled healthy but non-healthy frozen dinner ingredients:
VEGETABLES (BROCCOLI, CARROTS, EDAMAME, ONIONS, RED BELL PEPPERS). SEASONED COOKED CHICKEN (CHICKEN BREAST, WATER, SUGAR, SEA SALT, OLIVE OIL, ISOLATED SOY PROTEIN, SOY FIBER, RICE STARCH, NATURAL FLAVORING). 🤢🤮
Don’t forget the above items are more than likely sprayed with all kinds of pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, and whateverelseicides 😂.
