One am here we go again. Heart palpitations, anxiety, diarrhea due to the anxiety, unhealthy weight loss, night sweats, insomnia, panic attacks, cold very cold, and tinnitus. Why can’t l sleep? What is wrong with me? Why won’t the ringing in my ears stop? I press my smart watch to see how much sleep I’ve gotten, and just as I expected, none. I’m tired. So so tired. The lack of sleep is taking its toll on my daily responsibilities. I try to nap but just as I drift to sleep I feel like I’m drowning and I gasp for air as though I had been holding my breath for an extended period under water. Why won’t my heart stop racing? Why can’t I seem to get a full breath in? What is wrong with me? ER visit Dr. says I’m dehydrated and stressed. Wants to give me antidepressants and other medications. Not the answer I was looking for, hard pass. So, I start thinking about what I’ve been doing, eating, or using that was new? Not doing anything different, I’m eating extremely clean, and new? That’s when I check my smart watch to see how many steps I’ve taken... and then it occurred to me, could it be that this new device strapped to my wrist is causing all my ailments? After all, I wasn’t experiencing any of these symptoms prior to buying my smart watch. So, let the experiment begin, off with the watch! Within one day the ringing in my ears stopped. Within 3 days heart palpitations, shortness of breath, panic attacks and anxiety stopped. Within 1 week I was sleeping again and all other symptoms went away. So, fast forward 6 months and I decide to try out my smart watch again, because hey, it was expensive and maybe it was all in my head? Within 8 hours the ringing in my ears began and I started experiencing heart palpitations and shortness of breath. So it was off with the smart watch never to be worn again!
If you wear a smart watch and experience any of these symptoms, maybe try taking it off. FACT: Smart watches emit electro-magnetic frequency (EMF) radiation ☢️. So, having a smart watch device on your body will directly expose you to EMF radiation and is extremely harmful. If you must wear your watch don’t wear it at night, and don’t place the watch on your nightstand by your head while you sleep.
Maybe smart watches aren’t so smart after all.

You won’t believe what happened to my kids when I took refined sugar out of their diets! 😮😮😮😮😮😱😱😱😱😱😳😳😳😳😳
Excellent question from my friend Sarah in response to my post on being refined sugar free for a year. She asked, “Did you notice any behavioral changes or just physical? I’m curious”.
For now I’ll address the changes in my boys. Yes, I noticed tremendous changes with my 4 boys both behaviorally and physically. Although, at the time, I just thought it was normal. It wasn’t until quitting the unnatural sugars that I realized we had been living in quite an unhealthy state, a state I thought was normal; a state that most people live in today! Here’s what happened when I ‘refined’ the refined sugar out of my children’s bodies. Keep in mind by taking refined sugars out we also stopped eating all the troublemakers that go along with it like gluten, artificial flavors, harmful additives, food coloring, and all those toxic hard to pronounce ingredients.
Let’s start with Jriver, my youngest. After just 1 week of no refined sugars he stopped wetting the bed. I was shocked! Having accidents was a nightly occurrence. Yay for no more 2 a.m. sheet changes!
Next up Jacxs. Jacxs’s attention span was all over the place, never listened, was always argumentative, and he could never focus or sit still. Thank goodness we homeschool or he probably would need to be medicated. About a month into our detox I couldn’t believe how well he began to focus and listen. His mannerisms completely changed over the course of just one month.
On to Jonas, the younger twin. Jonas was always having chest pains, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, requiring an inhaler, had dark under-eye circles, and asthma attacks, lots of asthma attacks. I just figured it was allergies. Over the course of 6 months I slowly noticed less and less he wasn’t having any of these symptoms anymore, so much he doesn’t require an inhaler one year later.
Last but not least Joel, the older twin. He would have the worst bloody noses I have ever seen. I’m not kidding when I say a box of tissue was required to stop them. After the bleeding would stop the headaches would begin. This was a weekly to bi-weekly occurrence that stopped about 3 months into our cleanse.
I also noticed they all play so well together now, less fighting and arguing. Also, their skin is so clear, soft, and flawless. Unlike before when they used to get rashes and random breakouts. I’m so so so thankful for the healing they received this year. As a Mama, it weighs heavy on your heart when your babies are not well. Maybe refining your child’s diet from toxic ingredients is just the answer you’re looking for; maybe it’s the key to their healing! Maybe it’ll help you like it helped us.

About 8 years ago I couldn’t understand why my family would get sick on a weekly basis. Someone was always sick! It was like a non-stop game of pass the cold! We were becoming regulars in the ER. Runny noses, coughs, headaches, ear infections and extreme cases of pneumonia were becoming a way of living. Antibiotics and medications galore! As a Mama you care for your children and I knew something was wrong. What could it be?!?! I went through my checklist...is it the food? Is it the water? Is it allergies? Is it the air? Ah, the air, bingo! I loved candles and warmers, and I enjoyed opening my new bars of wax and smelling all the new scents. I had 7 warmers to be exact, and lots of candles here and there scattered throughout the house. Each child had a warmer with a different scent in their room! Part of me didn’t want to accept this was the reason for our sickness, so I decided to experiment. For 1 week I didn’t use any candles or warmers, and amazingly everyone got better overnight. My headache was gone, the kids runny noses stopped, and most importantly no one was sick! However, I wasn’t ready yet to let go of my entire collection of toxic fumes 🙄, so I decided to just use them on special occasions 😉😉. If company was coming over or we were having friends over for dinner I would light all my candles, turn on all the warmers, and break out all my new bars of amazing scents. The house was instantly filled with potent aromas, and it smelled so good! But...within an hour my headache was back, the kid’s noses were running, and the coughs started up. This was our bodies alarm system raising a red flag! I instantly knew the synthetic fumes were hurting us. I quickly turned everything off, blew out all the candles, opened all the windows and doors, and that was the last time I ever used a candle or any type of synthetic fragrance.
It’s important to understand the majority of mainstream candles and scents are made with synthetic fragrances. These synthetic fragrances are not meant to be in the air we breathe. Sure they give these scents catchy names to lure you into buying their products, but ever wonder why it’s rare to find ingredients listed on a candle? It’s because most of them are chemicals. Fragrance to a product is like artificial flavors to food. They can contain hundreds of undisclosed ingredients without you knowing.
This is extremely dangerous because when these chemicals are combined and burned, they release toxic carcinogenic fumes that directly impact your health in a negative way.
Instead of using candles or popular scent bars for your warmers, try using essential oils. Diffusers work wonderfully as well. If using essential oils, be cautious if you have animals, especially cats.
If you need emergency candles look for unscented and choose a more natural product.
Above all, be wise to industrial poisons that are contributing to keeping you sick!
