Imagine requiring a feed scale to check your weight.
Meet Mr. Ronnie Williamson, after losing his Mom at age 18, and then his best friend, his Dad tragically at age 36 he started to give up on life just barely getting by and going through the daily motions of life. His wake-up call came in the form of 378 pounds, three hundred seventy-eight! He hated life, physically felt unwell, couldn’t bend over to tie his shoes, had tremendous back pain, and would fall asleep at work, worrying his co-workers. He was absolutely miserable! Every Saturday he would go to the local feed supply store and weigh himself on the feed scales because his scale at home stopped calculating after 300 pounds. Mr Williamson was a high school coach at the time and one day, while coaching, one of his students said, “Hey Coach Williamson, you know what the scale says when you step onto it to weigh? ... One at a time please.” When I asked him how he felt about that, Mr. Williamson replied, “it was the truth, he wasn’t wrong about it.”
Turning 50, knowing this wasn’t the life he wanted to live, he finally got his mind right and did something about it. He started walking everywhere; from the track at school during his lunch to feeding his cows in the pasture, instead of driving his cart. He also started to buy vegetable trays and discarded all the dressing, save 2 tablespoons so he could eat his broccoli. He allowed himself one cheat day a week, otherwise it was lots of grilled chicken and vegetables, and going to bed hungry. Researching, reading labels and avoiding sugar became his agenda.
Eleven years later, now 61 years old, Mr. Williamson has lost 195 pounds, one hundred ninety-five! He went from a waist size of 52 to 32. His shirts from a 5x to a XL or L (depending on how pumped his muscles are 😜)! He enjoys staying active with his sidekick, Paige, at the SDG CrossFit gym, swimming, and running in 5ks where, in fact, while in Maui, he won his age division. He knows without a doubt that watching what he eats, staying active, and choosing an organic lifestyle is what has given him so much energy and helps him feel good all day.
I am so thankful to have met this amazing, inspiring man! I was encouraged and motivated by his story and his determination to get well! It’s a reminder to never give up, and to pursue change. In order to change your circumstances you must change your habits and go after your goals with all you have! If Mr. Williamson (my good Pal) can do it anyone can!
In retrospect he says, “life has been a journey truly glad taken”
Life is worth living healthy for!

To all my single ladies...Mr. Williamson is single and loves God 😉😉🥰
A wise man once told me, “If everyone likes you, you’re doing something wrong.” That was over 20 years ago, way before Facebook. This is why you should always smile when you’re “unfollowed” or “unliked” or told you cannot be patronized simply because of your beliefs. Always chose quality over quantity. It’s also crucial to keep yourself in check with God’s Word and make sure your actions are always motivated by love and not self glory, selfishness, pride, arrogance, etc. Love is bold, love is honest, love is unafraid, love is courageous, love is saying the things people may not want to hear but you say them anyway because it’s what God puts on your heart to say. A sign of true maturity is being able to love those that hate you, love those who don’t understand you, love those that dislike you. You never know what prayer motivated by love can do. Maybe one day, one month, or even many years later they will love you back!
Matthew 5:44
“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;”
Choose to love like Christ!

There’s nothing you can’t do! You can do anything you set out to accomplish. When life hits you the hardest is when you push back harder! You don’t settle, you don’t retreat, you don’t backdown, you keep going. You lift your head up high, you smile, you encourage, you give, you love, you serve, you pray, you be still, you wait patiently. You don’t let fear have place in your life, it’s not allowed, fear will fear you! You don’t feel inadequate ever! You are worthy! You are needed! You are loved! You are important! You are wanted! You are a child of the Most High! So hold your head up because you are THE called according to Gods purpose! Not just called but THE called! You have a purpose, don’t you ever forget it and don’t you ever let defeat in!
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

☀️ 1. Prioritize your day. Before bed write down the top 7 things you need to accomplish for the following day. This will put your mind at ease so you can sleep easier and when you wake up you know exactly what you need to accomplish. If you knock out all 7 priorities make another 7!
☀️ 2. Wake up early! You’ll be amazed how even a 15 minute head start to your day makes all the difference. Don’t be late to your awaiting accomplishments! We all get the same amount of time in the day. How are you spending yours?
☀️ 3. Eat foods that give you energy! Foods having no life in them encourage death. Death feeds death. You are alive and well, so feed the beautiful life inside you with life-giving foods! Eat foods that are alive! Literally!
☀️ 4. Cut out all distractions that are not motivating, encouraging, and catapulting you to success in achieving your goals. Distractions can sneak in subtly and knock you off your course and direction.
☀️ 5. It’s okay to say no. Don’t let your mouth overburden your back (heard that somewhere 🥰). Not that you have to say no to everyone, everything, and every opportunity; rather just not now.
☀️ 6. Recognize what brings on that overwhelming feeling. Make changes where needed. If you want change you must make change. Change doesn’t just come without some type of action.
☀️ 7. Go to God, read your Bible, and pray. Cast all your worries, troubles, and anxious thoughts to Him because He cares for you!
Philippians 4:6-7
Be careful (anxious) for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
1 Peter 5:7
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
Romans 8:37
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
We are super conquerors!
Let the day be overwhelmed by you!

🐢 Found this little guy stuck on his back struggling to turn upside right, leading me to think of how God rescues us when we are in quite the predicament and everything looks hopeless. So, anytime you think you can’t get up, pray for God to help you, pray for Him to show you a way where there is no way. There’s always a way with God, all you have to do is ask and expect Him to move. He will always come through and He will rescue you!
Psalms 121:1-2
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
When life puts you flat on your back, pray for a hand.

☀️ Good Morning ☀️
But the path of the just is as the shining light,
That shineth more and more unto the perfect day.
Proverbs 4:18
Make it an incredible day!

I couldn’t help but think of this bible verse when I found this helpless little painted bunting lying on its back after getting hit by a car on my morning walk.
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Isaiah 40:31 🦅
I just thought he needs rest and Arnica. So I got him home and gave him some Arnica for trauma. After a few hours of resting, dosing, and healing he flew right out of my hands. Happy to say he lives, life is so beautiful!
Sometimes life hits you hard and when it does go to God for rest. He will renew your strength! If He can do it for a bird, why wouldn’t He do it for you, His sons and daughters! OK B Healthy ♥️ Jacqueline
The homeopathic Arnica Montana 30c pellets work effectively for those who have experienced trauma to the body (bruising, childbirth, falls, etc). Three pellets 3x a day under the tongue (let it dissolve, do not chew). Do not touch the pellet as this will decrease the healing properties. For an animal, dissolve 3 pellets in some water and give directly every 30 min from a syringe.
-This is the only area I find sucrose and lactose acceptable to be consumed. The good outweighs the bad in my opinion. Some homeopathics do not contain lactose for those who have dairy intolerances.
