Q: How should I store by Mineral Salt?
A: Leave it in the bag it comes in, put it in a mini mason jar (available at our storefront and shipping is available), use a repurposed glass container your face cream or lipgloss was once in, or my personal favorite, small stainless steel containers (available at our storefront and shipping is available).
Q: Why should we eat mineral salt?
A: Because our cells cannot access water for max hydration without it! Magnesium, for example, is a water seeking molecule which helps pull the water into the cell.

Let’s talk about Whole Mineral Salt, Celtic Salt!
Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
The First Four Vital Essentials In life are:
Without these, we simply will not survive!
We cry salt.
We sweat salt.
We urinate salt.
In utero we swim in salt.
In fact, all animals especially farm animals must have minerals and salt to stay vibrant, healthy, and strong. Just ask any rancher, farmer, or herdsman.
Our very blood is almost identical to sea water. Dr. Schafer, in an article published by The New York Times, The Wonders of Blood states, “Not only is blood mostly water, but the very watery portion of blood, the plasma, has a concentration of salt and other ions that is remarkably similar to sea water.”
It has been said that during the war the Navy would use sea water during blood transfusions because its isotonic solution could be quickly converted by the human body.
The highest form of sodium on planet earth is found in seawater. Seawater contains 92 minerals. Of these minerals 50% is chloride and 30% is sodium. Because they are the most abundant minerals they are the first to be scooped up during the evaporation process, bleached, and then mixed with anti-caking agents and carcinogens (cancer causing ingredients) and other fillers. For example Yellow Prussiate of Soda or Ferrocyanide Decahydrate is added to generic everyday mainstream table salt and is a hydrated cyanide, but don’t worry it’s FDA approved 😳. This is what is known as Table Salt and this stuff is on nearly every restaurant table, in every pantry, and in nearly all fast-food, pre-packaged, and preservative filled food. Reference Morton’s Salt as an example. Table Salt is very dangerous. They have successfully taken 92 minerals and scaled them down to just 2, congratulations you have ruined our food yet again. Table Salt (Sodium, Chloride, & Chemicals) kill and dull the taste buds making true tastes void and flavorless. No wonder people don’t like the taste of vegetables! You know the guy at the table who can’t stop adding salt to his already very salty food—shake, shake, shake! This is the salt that has lost its savor and is good for nothing! The doctors are right, THIS salt is terrible! Table Salt will raise your blood pressure, and we should stop using it!
However, not all salt is bad. There are some salts that still have their savor. These are the top three whole salts I recommend:
Redmonds Real Salt contains
60+ trace minerals. Some will argue it is the best because it has iodine, but unfortunately, it does not contain the RDA (recommended daily allowance). It only has 0.030000%, similar to all other trace mineral whole salts. Redmonds Real Salt is harvested from an ancient underground salt deposit in Utah.
If you need iodine in your daily diet I recommend taking kelp capsules or Mary Ruth’s Iodine drops. Also, lima beans, seaweed, cod, boiled eggs, strawberries, fresh squeezed apple juice, and prunes are rich in Iodine.
Pink Himalayan Salt contains 75 minerals (some studies suggest less or more). Himalayan Salt comes from several different salt mines in Pakistan. It’s pretty and pink! Some environmentalists are worried we are harvesting too much and it’s hurting the earth.
Celtic Salt contains 82 Minerals
Celtic Salt comes from evaporated sea/ocean water along the coast of France.
While there are many varieties of Celtic Salt to choose from, and each one harvested slightly differently than the other I like using the hand harvested Light Grey Celtic (like little crystals), Fine Ground Celtic, and the Kosher Celtic.
What makes Celtic Salt so unique is that it contains 3 magnesiums: Magnesium Chloride, Magnesium Sulphate, and Magnesium Bromide; and because these minerals are buffered by 79 more minerals, they work together as the complete package to nourish the body. Did you know your bones aren’t just made up of calcium? They are made up of minerals!!! We need them! Magnesium plays a vital role in the human body and is responsible for over 400 enzyme functions, supporting muscle and nerve function, and energy production! Magnesium is especially crucial for someone with high blood pressure because it relaxes the heart. My favorite part about magnesium is it is a water seeking molecule. This is why Celtic Salt appears to be wet. The Magnesium is so intelligent that it will absorb the water from the air. Stay with me here this is incredible. The Intracellular (inside the cell) fluid makes up 60% of the total water in the human body. In order for water to access entry into our cells it must contain magnesium, and since magnesium seeks water the two form a symbiotic relationship. The cell says “hello magnesium, I need you” and magnesium says “hello cell, I need your water” thus the proper way to hydrate is with magnesium rich salt like Celtic Salt. This salt leads the way for all other 79 minerals to restore, nourish, heal, energize, and quench the body’s thirst. Lastly, although I could keep going, lol, every time you take in the magnesium and minerals, there is a little “spinner” in the cells bi-layer membrane that produces 1 unit of energy! According to the latest stats, we have nearly 40 trillion cells!!! So while others are reaching for their mineral leaching stimulant drinks you’re reaching for clean energy that only beautifies and heals the body. 40 trillion units of energy!!!
Do you see how people can become “waterlogged” or have massive amounts of water retention when they aren’t consuming the proper minerals necessary to hydrate the cell? People can drink water and still be dehydrated if they lack the minerals, especially magnesium.
How to take Celtic Salt:
Apply a few crystals to the tongue, this allows the mucas membranes to quickly absorb the salt. Next drink 4-8oz of water. Do this each time you have a glass of water. If you don’t have time for this than place your salt into your water container. One small pinch per 4 ounces. You should be drinking 64 ounces of water at least per day! Half your body weight is a good marker unless you are obese, than just stick to 64oz. Drinking water is non-negotiable, your body requires it! Remember the first 4 vital essentials to life are Oxygen, Water, Sodium, and Potassium. I’ll do a post on why water is absolutely vital and necessary soon.
Celtic Salt is incredible for constipation, illness, high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, nursing, mineral deficiencies, swelling, inflammation, skin issues, staying hydrated, sports, swimming, exercise, workouts, working in the heat. It’s good for everything and every living being! We are made of salt and minerals!!! In fact, I put it in my duck’s, chicken’s, cat’s, and dog’s food!
Forget Liquid IV Water, forget Propel, forget Gatorade, forget Nuun, forget LMNT, forget all “hydrating” schemes by companies that are just selling refined sugar water with sodium, chloride, food “dies”, and chemicals, and just stick to Celtic Salt and Water. You need the complete mineral package! Those gimmicks will just aid in disease and dehydrate you further. If you just have to have something more drink organic coconut water or Hydrate by Laird.
Because our soil is depleted of minerals, our food is depleted of minerals, so it is necessary to make sure we are getting them into our diet via Celtic Salt.

Always research each company and draw your own conclusions to what is the best choice of salt for you and your family. When I can’t find the answer I call or email the company directly.
My family and I use Celtic Salt always with our water intake. I like Celtic Salt and Himalayan Salt for cooking.
Go read your salt ingredients and trash the toxic table salts if necessary! I prefer to reach for 82 and not 2 minerals plus chemicals.
What happened to the other 10 minerals? They are lost in the evaporation process due to their very picco proportions.
Magnesium supplements are great, but they do not replace the high mineral content found in Celtic Salt. Magnesium can also be found in dark leafy green vegetables! Eat your organic garden fresh vegetables!

What about Microplastics?
The only issue with sea water or ocean water is that it contains microplastics. Because of this the fish, the seaweed, every ocean being, and the salt all have minuscule amounts of microplastics. However, plastics which break up into microplastics are everywhere, breast implants, makeup, toothbrushes, fake nails, clothing, soaps, fragrances, water bottles, pens, packaging, shoes, it’s everywhere! While some can be avoided altogether it’s nearly impossible to be rid of all plastic. Once I was giving a lecture at a restaurant on Celtic Salt and a gentleman asked me if I was concerned with the microplastics that could be in the Celtic Salt. I reminded him that the plastic straw, and cup he was drinking from was probably more dangerous for his health than a pinch of Celtic Salt, but we must choose our battles. I choose to consume Celtic Salt and drink from a glass or a stainless steel cup and refrain from plastic straws. I try my best to reduce my family’s daily unnecessary use of plastics. We aren’t 100% but we do our best each day. Always do what’s best for you and your family.
Cholesterol is not a bad guy!
In fact, the bad wrap it gets is misleading.
Cholesterol is a waxy steroid substance made by the liver in the body; made with a purpose, as all things God made are. Every wall around your cells are made of cholesterol. Every nerve is wrapped with an insulation of cholesterol and 75% of our brain’s white matter is made of cholesterol. We also need cholesterol (that awaits under our skin) to convert sunshine into Vitamin D3! Cholesterol is even responsible for making sex hormones like testosterone and progesterone and stress hormones like cortisol.
Here’s the real story…
As free radicals (aka toxins found in wrong food choices, GMO foods, refined sugar, glyphosate sprayed oats, hybrid wheat, nitrates in meat, heavy metal infused water, air pollution, antibiotic-filled dairy, medications, etc,) enter the blood stream, they cause inflammation and oxidative damage in the arteries. When this happens the artery wall begins to tear, so instead of the body letting you bleed to death, it sends its first responders, who are very skilled in emergency situations…can you guess what that hero is called? Cholesterol!!! It’s perfectly designed nature rushes to patch the holes like a band-aid to prevent death. Atherosclerosis is the build up of this cholesterol plague inside the artery over a period of time, and when the artery gets too many toxins with too many “cholesterol band-aids” it becomes stopped up, which then backs up and stops blood flow, leading to the death of heart tissue, and a heart attack happens.
I’ve heard it like this, “To say cholesterol is bad is like saying firemen rushing to put out a fire are to blame,” so if the house burns down the firemen are at fault. Ludicrous, right?! They’re there to rescue you! Cholesterol is there to save you from your bad lifestyle choices, and from those you can’t control.
The misleading information that cholesterol is bad and should be demolished is a big time pharmaceutical propaganda push! Why? Because they want people staying sick and spending money on toxic statin drugs of course!
How do you balance your cholesterol?
#1. Stop eating garbage. 🗑
#2. Start eating real food. 🥗
#3. Increase your consumption of antioxidants. Antioxidants are substances found in dark leafy green vegetables, berries, nuts, seeds, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Bioflavonoids, Carotenoids, Terpenoids, etc., that can prevent and slow down free radicals from accumulating and causing inflammation and oxidative damage in the body. Picture if you will antioxidants entering the body with fighting gloves on knocking free radicals out 😵💫🥊!
#4. Take Selenium because it increases the affectiveness of antioxidants, and it can recycle and re-use the antioxidant rather than the body just using the antioxidant once.
#6. Drink plenty of water. Approximately 64oz daily with a pinch of Celtic salt per 8oz. Celtic salt contains 85 minerals that your body requires to build strong bones and function properly. Water is the #1 most effective blood thinner in the world!

It’s the classic scenario with most food these days, that which God has made good, Man has manipulated and ruined. Here’s what you should know about soy.
100% organic soy is good! The problem is most soy is now GMO, a genetically modified organism engineered to withstand the numerous Roundup applications it will receive before harvest. Roundup is known for its lethal herbicide, glyphosate. In order for the weeds to die and the plant to survive the soy been must be sourced from a GMO “roundup ready” seed. The body cannot recognize GMO food, because it is outside God’s perfect design for the body’s nourishment and well-being. It is in these toxic applications that when consumed the chemicals disrupt the endocrine system and directly effect the hormones. What is the endocrine system? The endocrine system is made up of glands that make hormones. The major glands that make up the endocrine system are:
hypothalamus, pituitary, thyroid, parathyroids, adrenals, pineal body, the ovaries, and the testes. What are some of the most common problems in our health today? Thyroid, adrenals, infertility, PCOS, cognition, neurological function…do you see the link!
When organic soy enters the body it is polite. Picture if you will the soybean holding a tray of estrogen and knocking on the cell well? “Excuse me, would you like some estrogen?” If the cell is low on estrogen it will happily take some, if the cell has enough estrogen it will say no thank you and the estrogen will move on to the next cell keeping the body in perfect harmony and balance—this is called synergism. You see, natural soy works with the body unlike manipulated GMO soy. Now, manipulated GMO soy is covered in chemicals and is quite rude! Picture if you will a tyrant barging into the body, forcing open the cell wall and making it take xenoestrogens. Xenoestrogen is the manipulated version of estrogen. They’re the estrogens found in chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, polyester, plastics, etc. These xenoestrogens are the enemy. They are false estrogens, bullying the entire endocrine system, and causing mayhem in the body and each cell.
So, to say all soy is bad is simply untrue.
You see, 100% organic soy that God made is good, it is the sabotaged soybean covered in chemicals that wrecks and destroys the body’s natural function and design.

-Estrogen levels do not rise in the body because of organic estrogen but because of the overwhelming amount of xenoestrogens found in chemicals that are consumed daily in our food, worn daily on our clothing, and used daily in everyday plastics.

-Glyphosate is toxic and should be avoided at all costs especially when using roundup and unknowingly consuming roundup via foods that have been purposely sprayed and ground/drinking water that has been contaminated. You’re not just killing weeds when you spray this around your home or workplace. Glyphosate has been directly linked to many different cancers, including endocrine cancers, breast cancer, non-hodgkins lymphoma, and more.
-Look out, especially, for soybean oil in your food, because it’s in everything, most commonly cookies, cereals, baked goods, and dressings!
-Choose organic foods that are
Non-GMO. All organic food is Non-GMO.
-Flax Seeds are very good for you, and as long as they’re organic you’re body will manage the phytoestrogens (phytoestrogens are naturally found in many plants not just flaxseeds).

As many of you know we are a military family. Due to the mandate that all USAF active duty must be fully vaccinated by 2 November 2021, we have decided, at the expense of all worldly and material costs, we will not take the vaccine. This is a shame, because the military, in general, doesn’t realize what true patriots they will be losing. We also decided we will not submit a religious exemption waiver. Only GOD knows the heart of a man. What gives man the right to decide whose religious letter is better than another mans? I know we are not alone, and I pray for all other families and individuals having to make life changing choices in only a matter of a few days. This is not about vaccinated verses non-vaccinated. I have many friends who in their hearts felt at ease getting vaccinated; as is their choice and none of my business, and I love them dearly 😘. My heart also grieves with those who have lost loved ones.
For those like us who feel uneasy about being forced to be vaccinated or be terminated know this...
